Dimension and Perspective
This next set are on are done on isometric paper. Figuring out what direction all of the lines should go in order to create the illusion of 3d space can be a lot to juggle at first. The isometric paper provides lines to follow.
Drawing people made of basic forms is a great way to practice. Think about the way the body is tilting forward, back, and side to side. For the cylinders, look for top or bottom planes of each part. Make sure the ellipses are round and perpendicular to the direction of the cylinders.
For boxes, look for top, bottom, and side planes of each part. Draw your friends and family as robots.
